The home i bought in Apulia is just the beginning of a new lifestyle, closer to the nature and the outdoors.
Crowding, pollution, traffic.... enough!
The sea is just around the corner and the wind reminds me that I can fly kites, if I want.
It will certainly be more tiring and work demanding, but I think it's worth.

The property consists in the house with the courtyard and the garden fenced by a low stone wall and about 12.000 square meters of farmland.

The home is made by two different stone buildings separated by a big courtyard, all surrounded by the garden.

History
History
The house was built about fifty years ago by the farmer who lived there and that owned also the farmland.
Seven years ago the property was bought by a couple of guys (Ivana and Bob) that turned it into a B&B.
I'm the third owner.
